How we work.

A simple operating rhythm. Strategy first, then build, then optimise. No five-month discovery phases, no Notion archaeology.

  1. 01 Two weeks

    Growth audit

    We start with a paid audit. We look at your CRM, your acquisition channels, your conversion paths, your reporting and your unit economics. You receive a 15–20 page document with findings, priorities and a recommended plan. This is yours regardless of whether we continue together.

  2. 02 4–8 weeks

    Build phase

    If you engage us for ongoing work, we start with foundations: CRM configured properly, tracking working correctly, baseline campaigns launched, reporting infrastructure in place. This is the heavy lifting that most agencies skip.

  3. 03 Ongoing

    Operate & optimise

    Once the foundations are stable, we move into operations. Weekly optimisation, monthly reviews, quarterly strategy resets. You always know what is being worked on this week and why.

    Reporting & review

We design, build and migrate your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or comparable). We set up lead lifecycle stages, automation workflows, email sequences and integrations with your sales tools. The output is a CRM your team will actually use, with reporting you can trust.

Analytics, attribution & reporting

We connect your data sources, set up GA4, configure conversion tracking, build attribution that works under iOS privacy rules, and deliver dashboards that show what is working and what is not. You get a weekly summary with the three things that matter.

Growth strategy & consulting

When required, we step back from execution and work with founders on the bigger questions — pricing, positioning, channel mix, go-to-market sequencing. This is delivered as fixed-scope advisory, usually as an entry engagement before a longer retainer.

We work best with companies that have a real product, real customers and a working revenue engine that needs operational discipline applied to it — typically B2B SaaS, professional service firms, agencies and consultancies scaling internationally.

Auraflow Digital LLP is run by its founders, based in Dubai, with five years of building performance marketing programmes for direct-to-consumer and talent-led businesses behind them. The company was launched in 2026 to bring that operational discipline to a different audience — B2B SaaS, agencies and professional service businesses.

Day-to-day operations are run by our operations lead, who previously managed B2B SaaS CRM implementations and brings engineering-mindset rigour to client delivery.

We are deliberately a small team. We do not run thirty accounts in parallel. We take on a handful of clients at a time, and we work senior-to-senior with the people who actually own growth at your company.

How we engage.

Our engagements are scoped and priced individually depending on the work required and the client's stage. We work on a combination of fixed and variable arrangements, agreed in writing before any work begins.

Minimum engagement: one month. Most clients work with us for six months or longer, but we do not require long-term commitments to get started.

Audits are billed as a fixed fee, defined upfront, and delivered in two weeks.

Common questions.

How quickly can you start?

Two weeks from contract signing for an audit. Four weeks for a full engagement, allowing time to onboard properly with your team and access to your systems.

Do you work outside the UK?

Yes. Our founders are based in Dubai, our team works remotely, and we currently serve clients across the GCC and Europe. We work in any timezone our clients work in.

Do we own the work you produce?

Yes. All CRM configurations, automation workflows, campaign assets, reports and strategy documents we build for you are your property. If we ever part ways, you keep everything.

Will we work with you directly, or with junior staff?

Directly with us and our operations lead. We do not have an account-manager layer. The people quoting your project are the people running it.

What does an audit cost?

Fixed fee, scoped to the size of your business. Quoted on the intake call. The price is structured so an audit pays for itself within the first month of execution.

How do you handle data and confidentiality?

We sign NDAs as standard. Client information is stored only in tools we both agree on, and access is revoked the day an engagement ends.
